Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara is expected to launch in India in January 2026. The e-Vitara has already been officially launched in the global market and is currently on sale. The e-Vitara is expected to be the Maruti brand’s first electric car.
The E Vitara will be available with 49 kWh and 61 kWh battery options.

Toyota Urban Cruiser EV

Vinfast Limo Green
VinFast Limo Green is going to be an upcoming 7-seater electric MPV in India. Limo Green can be a perfect option for electric car buyers in India. Expected launch is in March 2026.
Expected ex-showroom price starts from ₹25.00 Lakh and can go up to 32.00 Lakh. 60.13 kWh LFP battery pack option will be available for efficient long-range travel.
Kia Syros EV
The Kia Syros is expected to be a sub-compact electric SUV. It could launch in India in June 2026, but there have been no official reports from Kia regarding the launch. The Syros EV will compete with SUVs like the Tata Nexon EV and Mahindra XUV400 EV in the Indian market.
There is no official report regarding the price, but the expected ex-showroom price can range from ₹12.00 lakh to ₹18.00 lakh.

Tata Punch EV Facelift
The Tata Punch Electric is also a sub-compact SUV. The first generation was launched in January 2024, and a facelift version of the Punch EV could also be launched in June 2026.

Skoda Elroq

Maruti Suzuki YMC EV
Maruti Suzuki YMC 7-Seater Electric MPV which is going to be the first 7-seater fully electric car of Maruti Suzuki brand, the expected launch of YMC EV is in late 2026. Ex-Showroom Price in India can be from ₹ 20.00 Lakh to ₹ 25.00 Lakh.
YMC EV MPV will be comfortable and spacious for 7 people. It can run up to 500 Km in a single full charge. Option of 40 kWh and 60 kWh battery pack will be seen.
Tata Avinya
Tata Avinya, the premium electric car, was unveiled by Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited in 2022. Tata’s Avinya is going to be the first car to be based on Tata’s new Gen 3 EV architecture, which is dedicated to future electric cars of the Tata brand.
Tata Avinya’s expected ex-showroom price in India can range from around ₹30.00 lakh to ₹60.00 lakh. Along with the rear-wheel-drive system, the top model will also have all-wheel drive system.
